Use of the Service

You may use Caseflicks only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for your account, your activity on the service, and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Do not copy, resell, scrape, or reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law.
  • Do not upload or submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

Educational Content and Disclaimer

Caseflicks provides educational summaries, videos, and study materials for informational purposes only. The service is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for reading source material, obtaining professional advice, or complying with academic requirements.

If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Subscription terms, renewal timing, and cancellation details will be provided at the time of purchase.

Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Intellectual Property

Caseflicks and its related branding, software, design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for your personal, non-commercial use.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk for other users, or exposed us to legal or operational harm.

You may stop using the service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caseflicks is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the service.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Caseflicks will be resolved by final and binding arbitration, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

You and Caseflicks agree that any dispute will be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.

You and Caseflicks waive any right to a jury trial for any claim or dispute covered by this section.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
